Account management

Use the Routic console to manage your profile, sign-in methods, API keys, balance, and usage.

Profile

The account settings page shows your email address, account ID, display name, and team or company name.

Sign-in methods

Routic supports email-based sign-in and connected sign-in methods such as Google when enabled for your account.

Billing and usage

The billing pages show your current balance, payment history, and usage records. Use Add funds when you need to top up your account balance.

Support

If you need help with account access, billing, or API errors, contact support with your account email and any relevant request ID.
