Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ('Policy') supplements our Terms of Service. Terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the services.

You must use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including export control and sanctions rules where applicable.

You must not use the services to generate, transmit, or store illegal content; to harass, defraud, or harm others; to infringe third-party intellectual property or privacy; or to distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful code.

You must not probe, scan, or interfere with our or third-party systems or accounts without authorization; steal or misuse credentials; or reverse-engineer non-public models, keys, or trade secrets beyond what published documentation permits.

You must not abuse or circumvent technical or contractual usage limits (including rate limits, quotas, billing, or fair-use policies). You must not resell or redistribute access in violation of your agreement with us, or enable uncontrolled abuse by others.

You are responsible for prompts, model outputs, and their downstream use within your applications, including content moderation and compliance applicable to your users and industry.

We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate access, remove content, or cooperate with authorities when required by law. We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
